The Arlington Convention and Visitors Bureau (ACVB), a non-profit organization that markets and promotes FUN CENTRAL Arlington, Texas as a Leisure travel and Meetings & Conventions destination, was in need of an updated marketing TOOL to promote FUN CENTRAL at a media expo in New York City. ACVB wanted to create an interactive demonstration that showed the many attractions Arlington had to offer.

Solution:

ACVB came to Kirk Communications after finding the company through an organic search on Google shortly before the media expo. ACVB provided Kirk Communications the videos ad copy it wanted incorporated into the marketing campaign. Kirk's graphic design experts created an interactive CD that allowed viewers to watch multiple videos of Arlington attractions, read about the history of the area and all that it has to offer, and offered a complete hotel and planning guide for every type of visitor.

Results:

The FUN CENTRAL Arlington, Texas press kit was completed without delay, in time for copy distribution at the expo. The Arlington Convention and Visitors Bureau was very pleased with the product, the rapid turn-around and the ease of communications between ACVB and Kirk even at a distance of more than 1,800 miles.
